1.写明遗嘱人的姓名、年龄、身份证号等信息。
2.接着写，在此立遗嘱，对本人所有的部分财产，作如下处理：
（1）我自愿将下列归我所有的财产遗留给某某某，下面就写明财产的详情。
（2）我自愿将下列归我所有的财产遗留给另一个人（继承人的名字），照样也要写明财产详情，比如一辆车等。
（3）本遗嘱委托某某某为执行人。
3.遗嘱人签名。
